Job summary

Allianz Indonesia invites a motivated professional to join the Regulatory Compliance team in a clerical/analytical capacity. You will assist gap analysis documentation, monitor regulatory reports, and support the Sales Compliance function with data queries.

You will help ensure timely reporting, track compliance tasks, and participate in day-to-day projects across Compliance. Proactive and detail-oriented individuals with strong English communication are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Experience with internship or work in insurance/finance difficult, government background is a plus.
• Proactive, multitask capable, and detail oriented.
• Good command of English, written and spoken.
• Familiar with AI/GenAI tools is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist Regulatory Compliance with gap analysis documentation and monitoring of reports.
• Assist Sales Compliance with data queries and analysis for monitoring reviews.
• Provide timely reporting processes and track Compliance tasks.
• Support other Compliance day‑to‑day tasks and projects.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Regulatory Compliance team in documentation of gap analysis and monitoring of regulatory reports.
• Assist the Sales Compliance team in data query and analysis to support Compliance monitoring and review.
• To provide timely reporting process and assist to track the Compliance tasks.
• Support other Compliance day-to-day tasks and projects.

Requirements:

• Excellence in computer literate (Ms. Office, particularly Ms. Excel, Ms. Word and Ms. ppt).
• Ability to communicate in English both written and oral.
• Internship/work experience in insurance companies or other financial institutions and government would be an advantage
• Able to work with multiple tasking, proactive and detail oriented.
• familiar in using (Generative) Artificial Intelligence or GenAI or AI
