Job summary

Rockstar Academy is looking for a friendly, energetic Sales & Client Relation professional to be the welcoming face of our academy. You'll greet kids and parents, respond to inquiries, and promote memberships and private lessons; drive memberships and private instruction sales.

This role requires 1–2 years in customer service or sales, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a friendly, patient attitude—especially with children and parents.

Key responsibilities

Create a Welcoming Atmosphere - Greet kids and parents warmly and ensure every member feels at home at the academy.

Handle Inquiries & Feedback - Respond to questions and feedback from children and parents in a friendly, professional manner.

Promote & Sell Memberships - Provide information to prospects about Rockstar Academy, memberships, and private lessons; actively follow up with prospects to drive membership and private instruction sales.

Enforce Academy Standards - Implement all academy SOPs and company policies consistently.

About you

Minimum High School (SMA/SMK) graduate.

1-2 years in customer service, sales, or a related field.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Friendly, patient, and energetic attitude - especially with children and parents.

Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to follow up on prospects.

Able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Proficiency in English is a plus.

Willing to be placed at any Rockstar Academy branch nationwide.
