A leading mobile solutions company is seeking a candidate for a role focused on market rooting and expansion in Central Java, Indonesia. The ideal candidate will build and manage sales teams while developing customer resources to meet regional sales targets. Strong skills in cold client acquisition, team motivation, and proficiency in sales data analysis are required. Fluency in Chinese and English is preferred, alongside familiarity with local business culture.
Go deep into the designated regional market in Indonesia and establish a localized sales network; develop new customer resources to achieve regional sales targets; conduct regular market research to analyze competitive dynamics and consumer trends.
Build, train and manage sales teams (5-20 people); develop team sales plans and performance indicators; lead team members to complete customer development and maintenance tasks.
Responsible for key customer negotiation and cooperation confirmation; coordinate internal and external resources to ensure order delivery; monitor sales data and submit regular performance reports.
