Job summary

Max Asia Stainlees Steel in Jakarta is seeking a Sales Admin Assistant to support the sales team, handling quotations, orders and invoices for stainless steel sheets, pipes, plates, and processed products.

You will coordinate with warehouse and logistics for delivery, follow up with B2B customers via phone, WhatsApp and email, and manage customer data and sales reports. Proficiency in Excel/Word and good communication are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum D3/S1 qualification in any field.
• Minimum 1 year experience as sales admin, sales support, or sales assistant (preferred in steel, metal, building materials, or manufacturing industries).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Communicative, detail-oriented, and well-organised.
• Basic English language skills are an advantage.
• Willing to work in Jakarta.

Responsibilities

• Assist Sales Manager with sales administration.
• Create price quotations, sales orders, and invoices.
• Follow up with B2B customers via telephone, WhatsApp, and email.
• Manage customer data and daily/monthly sales reports.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics for delivery.
• Monitor customer payments and receivables.
