Job summary

Frontline Data Solutions is seeking a QA Testing & Client Support Specialist to drive quality across bug fixes and new features while delivering expert technical support to enterprise customers. You will design, execute and automate tests, document results, and assist customers with complex issues across the product lifecycle.

You will work in a fully distributed setup, enabling remote collaboration with cross‑functional teams and customers worldwide.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience providing client support for a technical product.
• Experience with manual and automated testing.
• Hands-on experience using Playwright.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in enterprise software environments.

Responsibilities

• Validate bug fixes and feature releases across QA processes.
• Write, maintain and execute manual and automated tests.
• Document QA findings and communicate with developers.
• Provide technical support to customers via phone and email.
• Maintain and update online help/documentation.
