Job summary

Medco Power Indonesia seeks a RTD Filler Operator for a 6-month contract in Tabanan, Bali. You will operate the RTD filler line from end to end, ensuring safety, quality, cost, and delivery targets while supporting preventive maintenance and 5S practices.

Qualifications include a high school diploma (machine/electrical preferred), at least 1 year in beverage manufacturing, and basic computer skills. Indonesian language communication is required, and the role includes shift work and a fixed-term

Qualifications

Good analytical skill with ability to collect, read and interpret data.
Good technical skill to operate equipment/tools/machine.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and shifting pattern.
Minimum general or vocational high school, preferably machine/electrical
At least 1 year business experience in manufacturing consumer goods preferably in beverage factory.
Basic ability to apply computer, Microsoft Word and Excel
Good communication skills - spoken and written in Indonesia language

Responsibilities

Operate RTD filler machine according to work instruction and SOP.
Maintain RTD filler machine and tools through autonomous maintenance and 5S.
Control and validate the quality of product from the filler line to meet specifications.
Run cleaning in place (CIP) and sanitation processes for the filler line.
Record data in daily operation reports and coordinate with QA for root cause analysis.
