Job summary

PT. Berca Hardayaperkasa invites an RPA Developer to design, develop, test, and maintain automation solutions using UiPath and Microsoft Power Automate, aligned with business requirements and enterprise platforms.

You will analyze processes, create automation workflows, integrate with databases, APIs, and Microsoft 365, and document designs while collaborating with business analysts and developers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience as an RPA Developer, Automation Developer, or similar role.
• Hands-on experience with UiPath and/or Microsoft Power Automate.
• Good understanding of RPA development lifecycle, workflow design, debugging, and exception handling.
• Familiar with UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Power Automate workflows.
• Familiarity with SQL/database, REST API, JSON, and system integration is preferred.
• Experience with Power Apps, Power BI, or Microsoft Power Platform is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain RPA solutions using UiPath and Microsoft Power Automate.
• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
• Develop automation workflows based on business and functional requirements.
• Perform testing, debugging, deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting of RPA solutions.
• Integrate automation solutions with applications, databases, APIs, Microsoft 365, and other enterprise systems.
• Maintain technical documentation, process flows, and automation documentation.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, and business users throughout the automation lifecycle.
• Monitor existing automation processes and perform enhancements to improve performance and reliability.
