Job summary

FACETOLOGY is seeking a Route to Market Admin to support our growing beauty brand across Indonesia. The role focuses on administrative tasks, payments, and coordinating activities within the Route to Market team.

You will help prepare brand visibility reports, maintain documentation for Brand Activation, Trade Marketing, and Visual Merchandising efforts, and collaborate with teams nationwide to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in event management, brand activation, or marketing administration.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage tight deadlines.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
