Job summary

PT Global Yimi Cargo (J&T Cargo) is seeking a logistics route analyst to oversee daily route execution, monitor vehicle allocation, and ensure timely, cost-efficient deliveries in Jakarta. You will work closely with field operations and management to keep operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities include collecting and analyzing route performance data, preparing regular reports, and proposing data-driven improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or related field.
• Fresh graduates welcome to apply.
• Fluent in Mandarin, with good communication in Mandarin and English/Indonesian.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel/Word/PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical and logical thinking, able to interpret data and solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily route execution to ensure smooth, timely, and efficient delivery operations.
• Monitor vehicle allocation and daily routing activities, proactively identifying and resolving operational issues to minimize delivery disruptions.
• Collect, analyze, and evaluate route performance data, including delivery time, vehicle utilization, and route efficiency, to identify improvement opportunities.
• Prepare regular performance reports and provide data-driven recommendations to optimize delivery routes, improve operational efficiency, and reduce transportation costs.
• Coordinate closely with field operations teams and management to resolve routing challenges and ensure seamless communication across operational areas.
• Assist in developing new delivery routes and optimizing existing routes to improve delivery speed, maximize vehicle utilization, and enhance overall cost-effectiveness.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve route planning processes and support the implementation of operational improvements.
