Job summary

PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is seeking fresh graduates for its Danamon Future Leaders program in Indonesia. Eligible candidates are fresh graduates or with up to 2 years of experience, holding a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with a minimum GPA of 3.25, and English proficiency.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates or those with max 2 years of work experience.
• Bachelor’s (S1) or Master’s (S2) degree from respectable local or overseas universities
• Minimum GPA is 3.25 on a 4.0 grade scale
• Demonstrated leadership experience in organizations, projects, competitions, or community activities.
• Possess excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience through internships, projects, or extracurricular achievements is preferred.
