Job summary

PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is seeking fresh graduates for its Danamon Future Leaders program in Indonesia. You will experience the full spectrum of banking, receive mentorship from senior leaders, and participate in in-class trainings to sharpen strategic thinking, creativity and business acumen.

Eligible candidates are fresh graduates or with up to 2 years of experience, holding a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with a minimum GPA of 3.25, and English proficiency.

• Bachelor’s (S1) or Master’s (S2) degree from respectable local or overseas universities
• Minimum GPA is 3.25 on a 4.0 grade scale
