Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Room Attendant role located in Bangkalan. The Room Attendant is responsible for cleaning and maintaining guest cabins and public areas to company standards, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing amenities. Daily tasks include managing laundry items, reporting maintenance issues, and ensuring all areas are safe and hygienic. The role involves interacting politely with guests, responding to requests, and supporting overall housekeeping operations. Room Attendants work closely with the housekeeping team and follow established procedures and schedules.

Qualifications

• Housekeeping and Clean Rooms skills, including attention to detail and knowledge of cleaning procedures.
• Laundry handling skills, including sorting, washing, drying, and proper care of linens and guest items.
• Customer Service and Communication skills to interact professionally with guests and team members.
• Ability to follow safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards in a hospitality or tourism environment.
• Previous experience in housekeeping, hotel operations, or cruise/hospitality services is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Bangkalan, follow schedules, and perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting and standing for extended periods.
