Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Engineer

John Galt Services seeks a full-time Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Engineer to serve a European customer.

You are a remote member of our customer's development team with broad responsibilities and a high degree of trust. You should be fluent in English and fully integrated as a member of the team.

Minimum qualifications and expectations are:

• PERFECT SPOKEN & WRITTEN ENGLISH FLUENCY. Minimal accent.
• AT LEAST ONE YEAR of previous RPA Engineer experience.
• Bachelor degree required.
• Willingness to work early morning or late night hours.
• Willingness to live on Bali or relocate to Bali.
• Right to work legally in Indonesia. No visa sponsorship by JGS.

Other qualifications include:

• SUPERIOR ATTENTION TO DETAIL.
• Patience, engaging personality, and a collaborative mindset.
• Strong problem-solving ability and quick learning aptitude.
• Nice-to-have skills: Automation Anywhere, UIPath, Power Automate, Python, Node.js, OpenAI or Anthropic API.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Learn the customer's business and technical requirements.
• Support the development team, implement new features, and test existing ones.
• Apply solid architectural principles and document work effectively.
• Take on additional responsibilities as needed.
• There may be assignments to two teams, dividing time between them if applicable.

Salary & Benefits:

• Probationary pay: IDR 10 jt / month gross for three months.
• Post-probation pay: IDR 12 jt / month gross.
• Potential up to 50% monthly bonus if evaluated in the top 20% of the customer’s team metrics, potentially up to IDR 18 jt / month gross.
• Bonus pool for staff perks, events, and annual bonuses.
• Office near Canggu, Bali; on-site work arrangement.
