Job summary

Cosmax Indonesia is looking for a candidate proficient in advanced Korean and English to join the RNI Division onsite in South Jakarta. The role involves assisting in various tasks, including managing sample shipments and monitoring laboratory supplies.

Applicants should have a minimum of a diploma or bachelor’s degree, with a strong preference for those with Korean language qualifications and TOPIK 4 certification. Work hours are Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00.

• Good adaptation and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist meetings and agendas in RNI Division.
• Handle R&I sample shipment to other branches.
• Monitor R&I laboratory supply availability.
• Manage R&I laboratory inventory.
• Organize R&I sample storage.

Job description

This position is need a person with Korean language level advanced. You will working with Team RNI and located in Gedung Cibis Nine, South Jakarta. Please read the qualification below.

Disclaimer: The selection process will be conducting offline interview in South Jakarta & Ciracas, East Jakarta. Ensure that you able to attend offline interview based on our procedure.

QUALIFICATIONS

1. Min. education is Diploma (D3) or Bachelor (S1 in any major with good GPA, preferably from Korean Language.
2. Fresh graduates with advanced Korean Language is welcome to apply.
3. Mandatory fluent in Korean active and passive.
4. Min TOPIK 4 certificates.
5. Having Korean Language Certificates is a must.
6. Fluent in English is a must.
7. Familiar with Ms.Office (specially Ms.Excel & Power Point).
8. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
9. Good adaptation and willing to learn.
10. Familiar with paper works, detail person, organize.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist meeting, or others agenda in RNIDivision.
• Handling R&I sample shipment to others branches.
• Handle issue for the shipment.
• Monitoring R&I laboratory supply availability.
• Monitoring R&I laboratory inventory (Raw Material, Packaging Material).
• Monitoring also arranging R&I sample storage.
