Job summary

JAPFA is seeking a Raw Material Coordinator/Procurement Staff to join our East Java operations. The role focuses on monitoring material availability, coordinating warehouse activities, and maintaining inventory accuracy to support our production lines.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience in raw material coordination or procurement, with strong English communication skills and readiness to work in a dynamic factory setting in East Java.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as Raw Material Coordinator or Procurement Staff.
• English ability (verbal & written) required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the availability and inventory of raw materials, auxiliary materials, and premixes using FIFO/FEFO principles.
• Coordinate warehouse operations, including unloading, loading, storage, and material verification.
• Ensure proper material classification, inventory accuracy, and report shrinkage or aged packaging/labels.
• Prepare daily warehouse reports while maintaining compliance with OHS and 5S standards.
• Supervise warehouse staff and drive continuous improvement through performance monitoring and process innovation.

Duties

Duties (Indonesian)

• Memantau ketersediaan dan persediaan bahan baku, bahan pembantu, dan premix dengan menerapkan prinsip FIFO/FEFO.
• Mengoordinasikan operasional gudang, termasuk proses bongkar muat, penyimpanan, dan verifikasi material.
• Memastikan klasifikasi material yang tepat, keakuratan stok, serta melaporkan penyusutan dan kemasan/label yang telah berumur.
• Menyusun laporan harian gudang serta memastikan penerapan standar K3 dan 5S.
• Mengawasi kinerja staf gudang dan mendorong perbaikan berkelanjutan melalui pemantauan kinerja dan inovasi proses.

Qualifications

• Minimum Vocational (D3/D4) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering / Statistics / Management / Accounting.
• Have experience as Raw Material Coordinator minimum 3 years / Procurement Staff minimum 3 years.
• Ability in English (verbal & written).
• Willing to work in dynamic factory environment and in East Java.

Qualifications (Indonesian)

• Minimal Diploma (D3/D4) atau Sarjana (S1) di bidang Teknik Industri, Statistika, Manajemen, atau Akuntansi.
• Memiliki pengalaman minimal 3 tahun sebagai Koordinator Bahan Baku atau Staf Procurement.
• Mampu berbahasa Inggris, baik lisan maupun tulisan.
• Bersedia bekerja di lingkungan pabrik yang dinamis dan di area Jawa Timur.
