Job summary

BYD is seeking a Risk Strategy professional to lead enterprise-wide risk management development and policy design in the automotive finance domain. The role requires analyzing risk data, creating dashboards, and coordinating with product and technology teams to optimize risk controls.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in risk strategy or underwriting, strong English, and familiarity with credit bureau data. Mandarin is a plus; on-site operations in Indonesia.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in risk strategy or credit risk management.
• Experience in underwriting or related roles within financial or automotive finance.
• Advanced English; Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the improvement and development of the enterprise-wide risk management system and design risk control policies and procedures.
• Monitor risk policies for effectiveness and produce risk warnings and controls for high-risk customers; prepare analysis reports.
