Job summary

PT BYD Auto Indonesia is seeking a senior risk policy professional to lead post-lease risk, credit review, and compliance policy development. You will analyze industry risk trends and report to senior leadership while coordinating with regulators and legal teams.

The role requires a bachelor's degree+, a held CCBP, at least 3 years of relevant experience, and strong English communication. Mandarin is a plus; the position is based in Indonesia with on-site duties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance/BA/Accounting preferred.
• CCBP with Risk Management and Corporate Credit completed.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong ethics; detail-oriented; able to work under pressure.
• Advanced English; Mandarin a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead post-lease risk management policy formulation and monitor implementation.
• Drive credit review policy development and oversee execution.
• Formulate legal and compliance policies and supervise their deployment.
• Collect industry risk data and report insights to senior management.
• Liaise with regulators, courts, and authorities to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Set up project contract framework and coordinate contract reviews with legal.

Job description

Job Responsibilities

• Lead the formulation of post-lease management policies and supervise their implementation.
• Lead the formulation of credit review policies and supervise their implementation.
• Lead the formulation of legal and compliance policies and supervise their implementation.
• Collect and analyze industry situations related to the company's risk assets and report findings to senior management.
• Liaise with regulatory bodies, courts, and other authorities to ensure the company operates in full compliance with regulations.
• Establish the project contract framework and collaborate with the Group's legal department to execute contract reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• Majors in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields are preferred.
• Hold the Certificate of China Banking Professional (CCBP), specifically having passed "Risk Management" and "Corporate Credit".
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong professional ethics; ability to work under direction; meticulous and responsible; good communication skills; hardworking with the ability to work under pressure.
• Language Required: Advanced English. Mandarin is a plus.
