Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Law, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in risk management, internal audit, or a related field within the insurance or financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of risk assessment methodologies and control frameworks.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Professional certifications such as CRISC, PRM, or FRM are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement comprehensive risk management frameworks and policies.
• Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities across all business functions.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of risk mitigation strategies and internal controls.
• Prepare risk reports for senior management and relevant committees, highlighting key risks and recommendations.
