Job summary

PT SATKOMINDO MEDIYASA is seeking a Legal and Risk Management professional to identify, evaluate, and map legal, regulatory compliance, operational, and reputational risks across all business units and ICT service lines.

The role requires reviewing contracts, SLAs, and corporate policies for compliance with government regulations and IT industry standards, and developing mitigation strategies with action plans for senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Law is required.
• 2–3 years in Risk Management, Legal Compliance or Internal Audit preferred.
• QRMO certification required; QRMP is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Continuously identify, evaluate, and map legal, regulatory compliance, operational, and reputational risks across all business units and ICT service lines.
• Review and assess corporate policies, contracts, licensing agreements, and SLAs for compliance with government regulations and IT industry standards.
• Formulate risk mitigation strategies, action plans, and recommendations to minimize disruption and liabilities.
• Develop, update, and maintain the company's Risk Register and Risk Matrix.
• Support compliance frameworks aligned with ISO 2701, data protection laws, and telecom regulations.
• Monitor execution of risk response plans and deliver risk profile reports to senior management.
• Foster a proactive risk-aware culture and legal compliance mindset across all departments.

Job description

This role involves identifying, evaluating, and mapping legal, regulatory compliance, operational, and reputational risks across all business units and ICT service lines. You will review and assess corporate policies, B2B client/vendor contracts, licensing agreements, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for compliance with government regulations and IT industry standards.

Review and assess corporate policies, B2B client/vendor contracts, licensing agreements, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for compliance with government regulations and IT industry standards

Formulate effective risk mitigation strategies, action plans, and recommendations to minimize operational disruption and legal liabilities

Develop, update, and maintain the company's Risk Register and Risk Matrix on a regular basis

Support compliance frameworks aligned with relevant industry standards (e.g., ISO 2701, data protection laws, and telecommunication regulations)

Monitor the execution of risk response plans and deliver comprehensive risk profile reports to senior management

Drive and foster a proactive risk-aware culture and legal compliance mindset across all departments and technical teams

About you

Bachelor's Degree in Law (S1 Hukum) from an accredited university

Minimum of 2 to 3 years of professional experience in Risk Management, Legal Compliance, or Internal Audit (preferably within the IT, Telecommunications, or Managed Services industry)

Must hold an active certification as a Qualified Risk Management Officer (QRMO) from a recognized body (LSPMR/BSMR or equivalent)

Possession of QRMP certification is a strong plus
