Job summary

PT BYD Auto Indonesia is seeking a detail-oriented Document Review Specialist to verify the completeness, compliance, and authenticity of order documents for multiple products, and to file and archive records according to standards.

You will perform reviews per established procedures, maintain service mindset, identify fraudulent information, and collaborate with teams to ensure smooth order processing.

Qualifications

• Familiar with after-sales claim business and basic vehicle knowledge.
• Strong resilience and adaptability, proactive mindset, excellent communication, coordination and learning skills.
• Experience in automotive industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Document Completeness Review: Verify the completeness of application documents for orders corresponding to different products.
• Document Compliance Review: Check whether order application documents comply with relevant regulations.
• Document Authenticity Review: Validate the authenticity of order application materials.
• Document Filing: Archive relevant documents to designated folders following standardized naming and storage requirements.
• Conduct order reviews in accordance with existing review standards and procedures.
• Maintain good service awareness and independently complete review tasks.
• Possess basic risk control awareness and be able to identify common fraudulent information.
