Job summary

Nabors is seeking a Rig Manager to coordinate the operational functions of all rigs in the unit, with emphasis on drilling operations, to ensure safe and efficient performance. Based in Tangerang Selatan, Banten, this full-time role requires leadership and strict adherence to safety standards.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, at least 5 years in drilling operations with supervisory experience, and bilingual English capabilities. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• 5+ years progressive drilling operations experience.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Bi-lingual with English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees drilling operations and unit performance with focus on safety.
• Ensures staff training, qualifications and compliance with ISM standards.
• Maintains client relationships and monitors financial reporting.
• Coordinates maintenance to minimize downtime.
