Job summary

Nabors is seeking an Assistant Driller to support the Driller, Tool Pusher, Rig Manager, and crew at the Tangerang Selatan site in Indonesia. The role focuses on aiding rig operations and ensuring crew safety.

You will help operate rigs and equipment, follow Nabors safety procedures, attend safety meetings, and report incidents to supervisors, contributing to safe, efficient drilling operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Driller in operation of rig and equipment when needed.
• Make sure all duties delegated by Driller for crewmembers are carried out safely and quickly as possible.
• Help crewmembers with duties as needed.
• Attend and participate in all safety meetings and drills.
• Report all accidents, incidents and near misses to direct supervisor.
• Be involved in the Smart Program.
• Constant checking of rig and equipment to ensure good running condition and report concerns to supervisor.
• Practice safe work habits and set an example for crewmembers.
• Always wear Personal Protective Equipment.
• Do whatever is asked of you to the best of your ability.
• Ensure understanding of Nabors permit to work system.
