Job summary

DFI Retail Group in Jakarta is seeking an experienced Senior Programme Director to lead the Retail Transformation agenda, standardising processes and delivering technology-enabled changes. You will oversee the end-to-end design, delivery and transition of the Merchandising Transformation roadmap across banners and markets.

Qualifications

Strong project, people, and stakeholder management experience.
Retail experience and experience in retail transformation programmes.
Proven track record delivering large-scale process design and technology delivery with measurable business impact.
Excellent communication with senior executives and diverse teams; strategic planning.

Responsibilities

Lead Retail Merchandising Transformation roadmap, overseeing design, delivery and transition.
Oversee governance framework, budget tracking, and ROI measurement for the programme.
Manage a ~50-strong programme team including external providers and internal staff.
Drive change management and cross-banner alignment to achieve standardized processes.
