Job summary

DECATHLON Indonesia is seeking motivated staff to join our retail teams across Jakarta and major cities. You will sell products, deliver a dynamic store experience, manage stock, and support customer needs while embracing Decathlon values and sport passion.

You’ll work with the department manager, receive a training plan to help you succeed, and commit to a 5-day work week with weekend shifts. Competitive pay and benefits are offered.

Responsibilities

1. Satisfy my customers by selling our products and services (Membuat pelanggan puas dengan menjual produk dan layanan kami)

Keep the store environment safe, be available and welcome every customer, adjust your time to customer flow, sell in-store and online, offer the loyalty program, handle payments, and manage buybacks.

Apply merchandising guidelines in-store, keep displays aligned with business needs, respond quickly to alerts, highlight best-selling products (global and local), launch commercial campaigns, and adjust layouts for seasonal changes.

1. Satisfy my customers through process efficiency and stock availability (Membuat pelanggan puas melalui efisiensi proses dan ketersediaan stok)

Ensure smooth stock handling and order flows by managing deliveries, accuracy checks, returns, fitting rooms, click & collect, ship-from-store, and quality procedures.

• Fluent in English (Full Time only) & Bahasa Indonesia
