Job summary

Erajaya Active Lifestyle is seeking a Quality Control Engineer to oversee store construction and renovation projects from planning to completion. The role requires close collaboration with Project, Design, Procurement, and Operations teams to ensure adherence to drawings and brand standards.

The candidate will perform site inspections, coordinate schedules, and prepare QC reports, driving timely defect rectification and alignment with SOPs. Placement is at Landmark Pluit, North Jakarta.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in civil or architecture engineering is required.
• 3–5 years of experience in retail quality control or related field.
• Ability to work with teams and coordinate with other departments.

Responsibilities

• Ensure store construction or renovation work follows working drawings, specifications, and company standards.
• Conduct periodic site inspections.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and project-end QC reports.
• Report defects and follow up on rectification.
• Enforce standards for design, materials, finishes, and store layout per brand image.
• Validate compliance with SOP and construction manuals.
• Coordinate with Project, Design, Procurement, and Operations teams on progress and timelines.
• Provide technical input from field findings to relevant teams.
