Job summary

RHB Banking Group in Indonesia is seeking an experienced retail equity advisor to stay up to date with market news and build strong client relationships. You will understand clients' needs and trading preferences, inform them of market developments, and provide trading recommendations from Research Department.

You will communicate client orders to Sales Dealer, call and visit clients to maintain rapport, renew WPPE license, onboard new retail clients, and ensure KYC compliance under OJK

Responsibilities

• Stay up to date with market news and developments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retail equity clients.
• Understand clients' needs and trading preferences.
• Inform clients of market developments and trading implications.
• Provide trading recommendations based on Research Department.
• Communicate client orders to Sales Dealer.
• Onboard and assist new retail clients with registration.
• Ensure KYC compliance under OJK regulations.
• Handle trading errors and regulatory inquiries.
• Collaborate with sales, dealer, and branch staff.

Job description

• Staying up to date to market news and development.
• Build and maintain strong relationship with retail equity clients by:
• Understand clients needs
• Understand clients trading preferences.
• Inform clients with all relevant market news and development and its implication on trading recommendation.
• Provide clients with trading recommendation based on the research by Research Department.
• Communicate clients transaction order to Sales Dealer needs
• Call and visit clients to build excellent rapport and serve clients relevant needs
• Continuously renew the WPPE license
• Approach potential clients and establish excellent rapport to make new retail clients for the company.
• Assist new retail clients through the registration process.
• Applying Know Your Customer Principles as referred to in OJK Regulations
• Make a contract to open regular Security accounts with clients
• Make a contract to open a financing Securities account with a customer for customer who receive financing facilities
• Working closely with sales dealer and admin branch
• Dealing with retail clients.
• Responsible upon trading errors and unresolved debts
• Responsible for clients transaction upon regulatory related questionings
