Job summary

RHB Banking Group in Makassar seeks an Equity Sales Support to coordinate and support equity sales administrative tasks, including account opening, trade confirmations, and required documents. You will assist in explaining transaction requirements to customers before opening accounts under Sales supervision.

The role also involves supervising customer transactions and settlements, ensuring accurate confirmations are sent to clients and maintained in a compliant manner.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support equity sales related administrative task, such as: account opening, trade confirmation, supporting document needed.
• Support equity sales to explain the transaction requirements and procedures to customer related the information before opening account, which is carried out under Sales supervision.
• Support equity sales to supervise customer transaction activities and settlement of payments.
• Ensure the customer transaction confirmations are appropriate and sent properly to the customer.
