Job summary

PT HM Sampoerna Tbk. is seeking a Retail Engagement Executive to drive in-store visibility and retailer partnerships across General Trade and Modern Trade channels in Indonesia. This on-site role requires field presence to execute campaigns and expand distribution.

You will own the shelf, build strong retailer relationships, and translate market insights into growth actions, with travel and relocation across Indonesia as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (S1), minimum GPA 2.75.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Location: Pekalongan, Tegal, Purwokerto, Cilacap, Semarang, Surakarta, Salatiga, Kediri, Tuban, Magelang, Madiun & Yogyakarta

Working Pattern: On-site 6 days per week
