PT HM Sampoerna Tbk. is seeking a Retail Engagement Executive to drive in-store presence and build strong retailer partnerships across GT and MT channels in Indonesia. The role requires field work, travel, and willingness to relocate to cover assigned territories.

You will execute trade programs, strengthen distribution, and transform market insights into growth actions, delivering measurable results through flawless activation and collaboration with retailers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (S1), minimum GPA 2.75.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Location: Banda Aceh, Lhokseumawe, Medan, Tanjut Morawa, Tanah Karo, Pematang Siantar, Padang Sidempuan, Kisaran, Rantau Prapat, Padang, Bukittinggi, Pekanbaru, Air Molek, Duri & Batam

Working Pattern: On-site 6 days per week
