Job summary

PT HM Sampoerna Tbk. is seeking a Retail Engagement Executive to drive product visibility and distribution in assigned Indonesian territories. You will execute in-store programs, build retailer partnerships, and expand coverage across GT and MT channels to grow market share.

The role requires field travel, strong communication, and a proactive, results-driven mindset. Fresh graduates are welcome, with on-site work six days a week in various Indonesian locations.
