Job summary

PT HM Sampoerna Tbk. is seeking a Retail Engagement Executive to bring our brands to life through outstanding retail execution.

The role focuses on maximizing shelf visibility and availability across General Trade (GT) and Modern Trade (MT) outlets, building strong retailer partnerships, and driving campaign activations in the field. You will execute trade programs, expand distribution, and identify opportunities to grow territory performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.

Location: Banda Aceh, Lhokseumawe, Medan, Tanjut Morawa, Tanah Karo, Pematang Siantar, Padang Sidempuan, Kisaran, Rantau Prapat, Padang, Bukittinggi, Pekanbaru, Air Molek, Duri & Batam

Working Pattern: On-site 6 days per week
