RISE Housing and Support Services is seeking a dedicated Residential Program Supervisor to oversee Hedgerow House in Ballston Spa, NY. You will lead a small staff, support residents, and ensure a safe, therapeutic environment under the Program Director's supervision.

The role requires a NYS CASAC credential with 2+ years of experience, strong leadership and crisis-management skills, and the ability to work independently while upholding RISe policies and background checks.

Qualifications

• CASAC credential from NYS with 2+ years of experience working with sensitive populations.
• 1+ years of leadership experience.
• Ability to operate independently, think on your feet, and follow training.
• Excellent crisis management and dispute resolution skills.
• Strong interpersonal boundaries.
• Shared belief in respect, empathy, and inclusion.
• Clearance with all background checks per RISe policies and regulations.
• Valid NYS Driver’s License and acceptable driving record

RISE Housing and Support Services is looking for a dedicated, compassionate, self-motivated leader, to oversee the daily operations of the Hedgerow House residential program in Ballston Spa, NY, under the supervision of the Program Director. A successful candidate will be able to inspire a small staff to help our residents to manage the life challenges their substance use diagnose has presented, while maintaining a healthy, safe, and therapeutic environment.

RISE Offers a Residential Program Supervisor

• A rate of $25 to $28 per hour
