Job summary

PERTAMA MANAGEMENT is seeking a proactive Reservations Agent in Bali to handle daily reservations across phone, email, website and OTAs. You will process bookings, modifications, cancellations, and special requests with accuracy and efficiency.

You'll provide guests with accurate information on room availability, rates and villa facilities, monitor inventory, coordinate with Sales and Revenue, and strive to maximize occupancy and revenue through upselling while maintaining professional service.

Qualifications

• Handle daily reservations through multiple channels (phone, email, website, OTAs)
• Process new bookings, modifications, cancellations and special requests accurately
• Provide guests with information on availability, rates, packages, policies, and villa facilities
• Monitor room/villa availability and update reservation data in the system
• Coordinate with Sales, Revenue, and other departments on reservations and special arrangements
• Follow up on pending reservations and ensure confirmations and payments
• Maximize occupancy and revenue through effective reservation handling and upselling
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve reservation-related issues professionally
• Maintain records and prepare reservation reports when required
