Job summary

As a Reservation Officer, you will manage incoming reservations, coordinate table and event bookings, and provide accurate information to guests to support seamless venue operations in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in reservations, front office, or guest service roles
• Experience in hospitality, F&B, or high-volume operations is preferred
• Familiar with reservation systems and basic booking management tools
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a friendly and professional phone manner
• Strong attention to detail in managing booking accuracy and guest preferences
• Ability to multitask and manage high volumes of inquiries, especially during peak periods
• Good problem-solving skills to handle booking conflicts or last-minute changes
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to coordinate with operations and service teams
• Good command of English; additional languages are a plus
• Friendly, patient, and guest-oriented demeanor
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with flexible schedules
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when required
