Job summary

PT Colliers International Indonesia is seeking a research-focused professional to lead market studies, supply-demand analysis, and economic forecasting within the Indonesian property market. You will manage both quantitative and qualitative research, contribute to client-ready reports, and present findings with confidence.

Ideal candidates have a degree in urban planning or economics and at least 1 year in real estate research; fresh graduates are welcome.

Qualifications

• S1 or master's degree in urban planning, architecture, statistics, economics, or other relevant fields.
• Minimum 1 year of research experience; fresh graduates welcome.
• Strong understanding of micro and macro economy related to property growth.
• Disciplined, resourceful, bold, and discerning attitude.

Responsibilities

• Manage quantitative and qualitative research, including report writing and client presentations.
• Conduct field research, data collection, and data analysis.
• Add value to presentations with in-depth analysis and clear conclusions.
• Produce regular and thematic research reports.

Job description

The main objective is to provide in-depth property research, as we can conduct supply and demand studies, market analysis, and economic forecasting with a comprehensive database and a keen understanding of the Indonesian property market.

Responsibilities:

In charge of the management of quantitative and qualitative research, including report writing, analysis, and an active role in the presentation to clients;

Field research, data compilation, and data analysis;

Adding value to presentations through in-depth analysis, formulating conclusions/recommendations; and

Producing regular reports and thematic reports

Requirements:

S1 or master’s degree in urban planning, architecture, statistics, economics, or other relevant fields from a reputable university

A minimum of 1 year of work experience in research, preferably for property and real estate; fresh graduates who are passionate about research are welcome to apply

Solid knowledge and understanding of the micro and macro economy as relevant to the growth of the business, especially in property

Thorough, resourceful, and with a sense of boldness, high determination, and discernment
