• Credit Review (Commercial and Corporate Banking) is responsible for conducting a detailed credit analysis based on information furnished by the borrower, publicly available information, the lender's evaluation of the borrower's credit needs, and the ability to pay across a range of products against credit standards set by the organization.
• Corporate & Commercial Banking covers activities related to providing banking loan products and advice to institutions ranging from small to mid-sized businesses, to the largest corporations.
• Includes major market middle market corporate banking, business banking, and corporate and transaction banking.
