Research and Development Process Engineer Staff

Responsible for scaling up the mixing process from lab scale to factory scale, including raw material addition and semi-finished goods transfer, according to production needs.

Overview

Design mixing procedures for each related product and ensure smooth process control implementation from lab scale to factory scale. Redesign processes to optimize existing operations at the factory scale. Conduct pilot plant and production trials for both new processes and new products. Prepare reports for each trial and evaluate results for new processes. Design and validate equipment needed for production trials. Coordinate with the Production, Engineering, QC, and PPIC departments for trial preparation and evaluation. Assist in creating manufacturing standard documents for each product.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor\'s Degree (S1) in Chemical Engineering with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
• Having a degree from an overseas university is a plus.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience.
• Enjoy working in the field.
• Personality traits: disciplined, honest, creative, and eager to learn.
• Skills: problem-solving, detail-oriented, communication and coordination with other functions, and administrative capabilities.
• Working Hours: Non-shift, Monday to Friday (8 AM – 5 PM).
