Job summary

PT United Tractors Tbk seeks a Wind Engineer for Research and Business Development to drive feasibility studies, planning and design, and project management for wind energy initiatives across Indonesia. The role includes site assessment, environmental review, and market-entry planning.

You will build relationships with landowners and communities, perform financial analyses, and help expand UT’s wind energy footprint through strategic expansion and client development.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in science or engineering is required.
• Fresh graduate or up to 5 years of related experience.
• Minimum GPA of 3.00.
• Fluent in English for daily communication.

Responsibilities

• Conduct feasibility studies, planning and design, project management, and environmental evaluation for wind projects.
• Develop and implement strategies to expand the company's wind energy presence in Indonesia.
• Identify and evaluate wind energy projects including site selection and resource assessment.
• Build and maintain stakeholder relationships to gain support for wind energy projects.
• Carry out financial analysis including cost estimation, revenue projections, and ROI.

Description

• Has responsibilities in conducting Feasibility Studies, Planning and Design, Project Management, and Environmental Evaluation to be able to develop and ensure operations can be carried out appropriately and efficiently.
• Develop and implement strategies to expand the company's presence in the wind energy sector, including market entry plans and client acquisition strategies.
• Identify and evaluate potential wind energy projects, including site selection, resource assessment, and feasibility analysis
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including landowners, communities, and advocacy groups, to address concerns and gain support for wind energy projects.
• Conduct financial analysis, including project cost estimation, revenue projections, and investment returns, to evaluate the financial viability of wind energy projects.

Job Requirement

• Fresh graduate or maximum 5 years of experience in related field.
• Minimum Master's degree in all Science & Engineering Major.
• Minimum GPA of 3.00
• Fluent in English, able to use it in daily conversation and correspondence.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills, proactive thinking, strong learning, and adaptation abilities.
• Experience with handling end-to-end business expansion.
• Has strong basic experience in understanding the mechanisms of wind energy, Design and Engineering, to Aerodynamics and Fluid Dynamics systems in PLTB.
• Willingness to travel all around Indonesia.
