Siswaku Indonesia Pintar seeks a Lead Game Developer specializing in Unity to drive our next generation of mobile games. This fully remote role partners with a globally distributed team to set technical direction, mentor junior developers, and ensure delivery of high‑quality titles.

You will architect scalable game systems for mobile platforms, optimize performance, review code, and push innovation with shaders, physics, and animation.

Formación

• Extensive experience as a Game Developer, with a significant portion focused on Unity.
• Proven track record of leading game development projects from concept to launch.
• Expert proficiency in C# and the Unity engine, including shaders, physics, and animation systems.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of core game mechanics and systems using the Unity engine.
• Architect robust and scalable game solutions, adhering to best practices in code structure and performance optimization.
• Mentor and guide a team of game developers, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.
• Collaborate with game designers, artists, and producers to translate game concepts into reality.
• Implement and maintain efficient workflows for build pipelines, version control, and asset management.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring game stability across devices.
• Drive technical innovation by researching and integrating new technologies and techniques.
• Conduct code reviews to maintain high code quality and standards.
• Contribute to the overall technical strategy and roadmap of the game development department.
