Job summary

Pt. East Indo Fair Trading (Yava) is seeking a skilled Supply Chain Planner to join a globally distributed team, remote.

You will forecast demand, manage inventory, and coordinate with procurement, manufacturing, and logistics to keep the supply plan aligned with business goals. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in supply chain planning, proficiency with SAP APO or Kinaxis and advanced Excel, plus strong analytical, communication, and remote-collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in SCM, OR related field.
• 3–5 years in supply chain planning, inventory management, or forecasting.
• Proficiency with planning software (SAP APO, Kinaxis) and advanced Excel.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a remote team setting.

Responsibilities

• Develop accurate demand forecasts based on historical data, market trends, and sales input.
• Plan and manage inventory levels to meet service levels while minimizing holding costs.
• Collaborate with procurement, manufacturing, and logistics teams to ensure supply plan execution.
• Identify and address potential supply chain disruptions and risks.
• Optimize transportation and distribution strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Prepare reports and present findings on supply chain performance and planning initiatives.
