Qualifications

• 10+ years in financial management and accounting, with 5+ years in a controller role.
• CPA certification required.
• Proven experience managing remote teams and international financial operations.
• Expertise in GAAP and Indonesian tax laws.
• Strong leadership, communication and strategic thinking.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all accounting operations including AP/AR, GL, and payroll.
• Develop and manage annual budget and monthly forecasts.
• Prepare timely financial reports for senior management.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, GAAP and tax laws.
• Lead and mentor finance teams, fostering high performance.
• Implement and maintain internal controls to protect assets.
