Job summary

Pt Mitra Indah Lestari is seeking a Site Engineer with strong construction management skills to oversee remote construction activities, coordinating with on-site teams and contractors to ensure projects are delivered on time and to the highest quality standards, all managed remotely.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
5+ years of site engineering and construction supervision.
Experience managing projects remotely with digital tools.
Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

Provide remote technical guidance to on-site teams.
Monitor progress against schedules and risk delays.
Review plans, specifications, and shop drawings for accuracy.
Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers for timely materials.
