Job summary

CoverGo Limited is seeking a skilled QA Manual Tester for a fully remote role. You will conduct manual testing on new technologies, perform API testing with Postman/Swagger, and report issues with clear replication steps.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve quality and delivery speed in a global insurtech platform. Ideal candidates have 4+ years of agile QA experience, strong understanding of QA theory, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in manual testing in an agile environment.
• Hands-on API testing using Postman/Swagger or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of QA theory and testing methodologies.
• Knowledge of the software development life cycle and lean/agile QA approaches.
• Excellent English communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform manual testing on new technologies.
• Identify and resolve quality issues with minimal supervision.
• Write test scenarios and execute them during testing.
• Identify bugs and report with detailed steps for replication.
• Perform API testing to validate endpoints, status codes and payloads.
• Report status to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Follow guidelines and contribute to problem solving.
• Provide proactive team support and apply tested techniques.
