Job summary

MJI Design in Bali, Indonesia, is seeking a Senior Plumbing BIM Modeller / MEP Designer to join our remote design team. You will model hydraulic and plumbing systems in Revit and AutoCAD, develop construction drawings, and coordinate building services for Australian projects.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of experience in MEP/BIM, fluent English, and strong independent work and problem-solving skills. This senior role offers flexible hours, remote work, generous leave, and ongoing

Qualifications

7+ years of professional experience in MEP design and BIM modelling, building services or related field.
Advanced proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD with extensive professional experience.
Fluent written and spoken English for interpreting technical documentation and communication.
Experience preparing detailed construction drawings and technical documentation.
Strong understanding of building construction methods and multidisciplinary coordination.
Experience on complex multi-storey residential, commercial or institutional projects.
Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality work.

Responsibilities

Prepare detailed hydraulic and plumbing design documentation using Revit and AutoCAD.
Develop and coordinate building services layouts for Australian projects.
Interpret architectural, structural and engineering drawings.
Identify and resolve design conflicts and technical issues.
Coordinate technical drawings with other disciplines.
Produce accurate, detailed, constructible design documentation.
Communicate with project stakeholders and international team members.
Develop specialist knowledge of Australian hydraulic design requirements and standards.
