Job summary

Our client is seeking a fully remote Remote Sales & Marketing Coordinator to boost their digital presence and drive customer acquisition across online platforms in Indonesia. You will support sales, manage social media engagement, assist with email marketing, and analyze campaign performance.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 2 years in sales support or digital marketing, with strong communication, organization, and independent-working abilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales support, marketing coordination, or digital marketing role.
• Solid understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media marketing, email marketing, and SEO/SEM basics.
• Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the execution of online marketing campaigns across social media, email, and paid advertising.
• Assist in managing and updating product listings and content on the company website and e-commerce platforms.
• Support the sales team by preparing reports, managing leads, and facilitating communication.
• Engage with customers on social media platforms, responding to inquiries and fostering community.
• Monitor social media trends and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.
• Assist in the creation of marketing materials, such as newsletters, blog posts, and promotional content.
• Track and report on key marketing metrics, such as website traffic, conversion rates, and social media engagement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels.
• Maintain customer databases and assist with CRM management.
• Identify opportunities for customer engagement and sales growth through digital channels.
