Job summary

Keystone Compass is hiring a Remote Virtual Assistant with Real Estate focus to support our US clients from home. You will handle admin, marketing and content tasks and communicate daily in English while comfortably working night hours.

Work hours are 11:00 PM–8:00 AM WIB, Mon–Fri, US Pacific Time. The role offers an automatic raise schedule and a path for growth as you gain experience with Canva, CapCut, and WordPress.

Qualifications

• Must work Mon–Fri 11:00 PM–8:00 AM WIB.
• Accept salary package and raise schedule.
• Not in school and not currently working another job.
• Fluent, professional-level English in speaking, listening, reading and writing.
• Reliable WiFi with upload/download speeds above 10 Mbps.
• Work from home in a quiet, dedicated workspace free from interruptions.
• Willing to install Time Doctor during working hours.
• Familiar with Canva, CapCut and/or WordPress.

Responsibilities

• Support US real estate clients with admin, marketing and content tasks.
• Create social media graphics and short videos.
• Update websites and listings.
• Manage email and calendars.
• Research and data entry.
• Communicate daily with US clients in English.
