Job summary

Keystone Compass is seeking a Remote Virtual Assistant to support US real estate clients with administrative, marketing, and content tasks from home. You will create social media graphics, update listings, manage calendars, and handle email while communicating daily in English with US clients.

This is a full-time remote role with an automatic salary raise schedule that can grow up to Rp4,800,000 per month. Night shift is 11:00 PM–8:00 AM WIB, Monday to Friday, aligning with US Pacific Time.

Qualifications

• Fluent, professional-level English for daily communication with US clients.
• Able to work night shift aligned with US Pacific Time (Indonesia WIB).
• Must have reliable home workspace and high-speed internet (>=10 Mbps).

Responsibilities

• Support US real estate clients with admin, marketing, and content tasks.
• Create social media graphics and short videos.
• Update websites and listings; manage email and calendars.
• Conduct research and data entry; communicate daily in English.
