Job summary

Keystone Compass seeks a Remote Virtual Assistant for Real Estate to support US clients from Indonesia. You will handle admin, marketing and content tasks, including creating social media graphics, CapCut videos, updating listings, and managing emails and calendars, all while using English daily.

This full-time, night-shift role follows US Pacific Time hours, with a competitive salary that increases automatically over the first year.

Qualifications

• Able to work our office hours consistently: Monday to Friday, 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM WIB (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM US Pacific Time, 15 hours behind WIB).
• Fluent, professional-level English: speaking, listening, reading and writing. You will communicate daily with US clients by email, chat and video call.
• Not currently in school, and not currently working any other job (full-time, part-time, freelance, remote or virtual).
• Familiar with Canva, CapCut and/or WordPress.

Responsibilities

• Support US real estate clients with administrative, marketing and content tasks.
• Create social media graphics and short videos.
