Epson is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee manufacturing operations remotely. You will lead dispersed shop‑floor teams, ensure production schedules are met, and maintain quality standards through data analysis and proactive issue resolution.

Responsibilities include monitoring metrics, enforcing safety policies, collaborating with planning, logistics, and quality control, and conducting remote performance reviews to drive continuous improvement in a global remote work environment.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in operations management, business administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in manufacturing or production supervisory role.
• Ability to lead remote teams and motivate performance.
• Strong knowledge of production planning, workflow optimization, and quality control.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with MES and virtual collaboration tools.

Responsabilités
