Qualifications

• Excellent communication and problem-solving with MES proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote supervision to production teams, ensuring schedules and quality standards.
• Monitor production metrics, analyze data and identify efficiency improvements.
• Enforce safety procedures and company policies across shifts.
• Collaborate with planning, logistics and quality control to maintain workflow.
• Conduct remote performance reviews and support team development.
